HOW EDENA LISTINGS WORKS

From verified claim to published listing.

Every property begins with a claim for an existing Edena unit. Once approved, the listing is assigned to the verified owner, who can complete it, choose rental or sale options and manage inquiries over time.

  1. 01Sign in

Use your secure owner account so the claim, listing and contact details remain connected to you.

  2. 02Claim your unit

Select your existing Edena unit and submit ownership information for administrator review.

  3. 03Complete your listing

After approval, add photos, details, pricing and rental or sale options to the assigned listing.

  4. 04Publish and manage

Make the listing public when eligible, receive inquiries and return anytime to update it.

Everything an owner can do.

Every owner can claim their residence, including owner-occupied homes and properties not currently available for rent. The same record can support vacation stays, longer rentals and a potential sale.

REVIEW, VISIBILITY & SAFEGUARDS

Clear rules protect owners and the community.

Ownership review

New unit claims are reviewed before a residence is assigned to an owner account.

Account transfers

If a claimed unit needs a different owner email, a transfer request with supporting notes goes to an administrator.

Permanent property record

Claim your residence whether it is owner occupied, unavailable for rent or offered to renters or buyers.

Owner-controlled publishing

Keep a listing internal while working on it. Public visitors see only intentionally published, eligible properties.

Focused marketplace

Public search supports rent or sale, bedroom and stay-type filters, price sorting and detailed property pages.

Bilingual experience

The marketplace supports English and Spanish for local and international audiences.
